Hi, I’m Eddy — a REALTOR® who brings a mix of business grit, deep local knowledge, and a people-first mindset to real estate in Metro Vancouver.
My journey started when my family and I immigrated to Canada from China when I was 11. Growing up in Vancouver, I’ve learned to understand and appreciate both Eastern and Western cultures — a balance that helps me connect with a wide range of clients in an authentic way.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Geography from SFU, I spent several years working with government organizations like the City of Surrey and BC Hydro. I later started and ran an eco-conscious cleaning business that focused on customer service and sustainability. That experience taught me how to run a business, solve real-world problems, and deliver results — and it eventually led me to where I truly belong: real estate.
Today, I’m a full-time REALTOR® with over a decade of experience helping people buy, sell, build, and invest in property across the Lower Mainland. I’m also a Certified Negotiation Expert, which means I fight hard to protect my clients’ interests and close deals that make sense — with honesty, clarity, and strategy.
But more than that, I’m someone who listens first. I take the time to truly understand your goals before offering advice. My clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, detail-oriented, and straightforward — because I believe real estate works best when it’s built on trust, transparency, and relationships.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad of three amazing kids, and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me playing sports with my kids, relaxing in a sauna, or catching up with friends over good food and laughs.
